We are proud to share that our team wrapped up an incredible week at the 27th RoboRacer Autonomous Racing Competition at ICRA 2026 in Vienna! 🇦🇹
Sim Racing League
In the Sim Racing League we qualified 6th out of 78 teams, and went on to finish 11th in the Final Stage Race.

Physical racing
On the physical track we placed 8th out of 29 teams in the Time Trial and 9th in the Classic Cup.

These results reflect how far we've come as a team. Not long ago, we competed at ICCAS 2025 in Korea with a purely reactive system. Over the past months, we pushed ourselves to build a complete autonomy pipeline: mapping, localization, perception, planning, state machine, and control, and put it to the test on the international stage. Watching the full pipeline perform under real race conditions for the first time was a milestone we'll carry into everything we build next.

The community
These five days were an unforgettable experience for the team. We loved meeting so many brilliant, like-minded individuals and were deeply inspired by the incredible innovations happening in autonomous racing. We are excited to stay connected and push the boundaries of this community!

None of this would be possible without our ICRA team members, who dedicated their summer break to making this happen. A special thanks to our professor and mentors for their guidance and support, and to our schools for backing us all the way.
A special thanks to the amazing RoboRacer and ICRA organizers — thank you for building not just a competition, but a global community. 🤝
On to the next race. 🏎💨
